This was a group project for university in which we had to re-create a site in Glasgow. The project consisted of visiting the site location, obtaining references, estimating measurements from building plans, modelling, texturing, lighting, cameras and rendering an architectural visualisation animation to promote the site.

Challenges:

The list could go on endlessly and I’ll update this post gradually but for now, I want to say thank you to my amazing group. It was a difficult time, especially because three of us were very new to 3D (with this being our second 3D project ever), leaving the most experienced member with the difficult task of creating the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) and also teaching us three new techniques. Couldn’t have done it without you guys!
